The Lion Within: Show in a Week Summer Camp

Journey to the Pride Lands for an unforgettable week of singing, acting and dancing!
Inspired by The Lion King, children will learn songs, scenes and choreography as they work together to create a full production, culminating in a spectacular live performance for family and friends on Friday.
The course includes costume pieces, a certificate of participation and three audience tickets per child.
Speakeasy Open Mic

Join us for a relaxed evening of poetry, a cappella singing and acoustic music at our monthly Speakeasy Open Mic.
Come along to perform or simply sit back and enjoy an evening of live entertainment in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Guitar accompaniment is available for performers who would like it.
Everyone is welcome, whether you are an experienced performer, trying something new or just coming to support Barnet’s local talent.

Blue Door Theatre Company weaves verbatim stories and imagined events from 1940s Barnet, from the newly opened Odeon picture house to a makeshift wartime shelter.
Featuring classic songs and moving drama, this fascinating production asks whether the nightingale still sings over Barnet. Written by the company, directed by Siobhan Dunne, music arranged by Nick Godwin.
