Barnet Christmas Fayre returns on Sunday 6 December 2026, bringing festive cheer, family entertainment and community spirit to High Barnet Town Centre.
This much-loved, free annual event celebrates everything that makes our local community special. It brings residents, families, local businesses, charities and community groups together to enjoy the festive season, support local organisations and bring footfall to our high street.
There will be live music, dance performances, choirs, children's activities, festive characters, market stalls, refreshments and plenty of Christmas magic for everyone to enjoy.
Whether you're visiting with family, meeting friends, discovering local organisations or getting started on your Christmas shopping, there's something for everyone.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Help bring Christmas to Barnet! We’re inviting local businesses and organisations to support Barnet Christmas Fayre 2026 by sponsoring our Main Stage, Christmas Courtyard, Climbing Wall, Santa’s Grotto or event booklet.
With reduced council funding this year, local support is more important than ever to help cover essential costs and keep this volunteer-organised community event running.
Sponsorship packages start at £250, with booklet advertising from £50 and Fayre Map Business Border advertising at £100. These offer opportunities to raise your profile, connect with local families and show your support for the Barnet community.
To find out more or request our sponsorship booklet, please email marketingbcf@thebulltheatre.com.
A Community Celebration
Barnet Christmas Fayre is made possible through the dedication, generosity and hard work of our volunteers, local partners, sponsors and community organisations.
The 2026 Fayre is being organised by The Bull Theatre and the Barnet Christmas Fayre Committee, working in partnership with local venues, businesses and community organisations to bring this special event to life.
We are incredibly grateful to everyone who contributes their time, skills and resources to make the Fayre such a memorable occasion.
Opening Ceremony
The Fayre will open at 12 noon, with the Worshipful Mayor of the London Borough of Barnet, invited to officially launch the celebrations.
The opening ceremony is planned to take place on the Main Stage, located on the High Street near Barnet Church, followed by a welcome at the Christmas Courtyard.
