Barnet Christmas Fayre
Sunday 7th December 2025, 12 noon – 5pm
The Barnet Christmas Fayre is free annual event with communities coming together to celebrate what we offer each other, bring footfall to our high street and to raise awareness of local charities at this special time of the year. This year’s Fayre has been organised by The Bull Theatre and the BCF Committee Members, working in partnership with Barnet and Southgate College, St John the Baptist Church, Wesley Hall, The Spires Shopping Centre and Barnet Council.
The Fayre will be opened at 12 noon by the worshipful, the mayor of the London Borough of Barnet, Cllr Danny Rich who will cut a ribbon on the high street by Barnet Church then proceed to the marque on the Christmas Courtyard to formally welcome everyone and start the event.
There will be entertainment on the Christmas Courtyard (children’s acitvities and dancing from local groups), In St John’s Church (live music, singing and choirs plus teas, mulled wine and refreshments). In Wesley Hall (live music plus tea and cakes café), in The Spires Shopping Centre (live music, choirs, and performances) meet and greet characters plus choirs outside Waitrose, plus buskers and street entertainers (weather permitting).
Stalls will line the high street as well as on the Christmas Courtyard, Tudor Hall (craft fair), through the Spires Shopping Centre and in Wesley Hall.
The Bull Theatre will host Santa with his cheeky elves and LEON the Magician, making this a very magical Christmastime. Entry to the Magic Show is £5 (plus booking fee). Get your tickets from www.thebulltheatre.com
The day would not happen without help from our police officers, who keep us safe, and all our wonderful volunteers.
